- 3 cups skim milk, less sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup dried mushrooms (about 1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons universal flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 kilograms of beef
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil, divided
- cooking spray
- 2 packs (8 oz) mushrooms with mushrooms
- 1 kg sliced mushrooms (about 10 cups)
- cup of tomato paste
- 4 cups coarsely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

Bring water and broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add mushrooms; Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Squeeze in a colander over a bowl, retaining the liquid. Cut mushrooms; set aside.
Mix flour, salt, garlic and beef and mix well. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add half of the beef mixture; Saute for 4 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan. Repeat the process with 1 teaspoon of butter and remaining beef mixture. Wipe the pan with a paper towel; Cover with cooking spray. Add button cream and mushrooms; Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until mushrooms release liquid. Add the marinated pork liquid, cut into pieces, beef mixture and tomato paste; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 °.
Combine remaining 1 teaspoon oil and onion on a foil-lined gelatin roll; mix well to cover. Bake for 25 minutes at 450 °, stirring twice.
Add the fried onions, rosemary, and black pepper to the stew. Cover the stew and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
