Can Certain foods and Herbs Kill Intestinal parasites?

Intestinal parasites and worms are never beneficial. They attach to the lining of the intestines, usually live off the food we eat and damage our intestinal cells. They can go unnoticed or cause nutritional deficiencies and other symptoms.

Eating foods rich in fiber keeps the gastrointestinal system healthy. Replace white rice and bread with brown rice and multigrain bread or rye and eat legumes more often
more raw garlic and onion.
Increase intake of pineapple, beets, almonds, flaxseed, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin and other foods high in beta-carotene.
Consuming probiotics that will restore the beneficial bacteria in the gut.
More extra virgin coconut oil, because of the natural saturated fats that wash away parasites and prevent their growth.
Add pumpkin seeds to your dish that have a natural anti-parasitic effect. The curcumbitin they contain paralyzes the parasites so they cannot attach to the intestines and are thus removed through digestion. 
Consume berries that, due to the polyphenols they contain, are used as traditional medicines for intestinal parasites.
