There are many types of yoga, one of the most popular forms of yoga is called hatha yoga. Hatha Yoga is primarily concerned with postures and breathing exercises. Another form of yoga is karma yoga, which emphasizes spiritual practices to help you unite your mind, body and your daily life through specific practices. Another form of yoga is called bhakti yoga.

Bhakti Yoga is a form of devotional yoga and usually involves chanting, scripture reading, and worship.

Most of the people have heard the word yoga because yoga is a very popular practice which is practiced all over the world. The ancient yogis believed that in order to be in harmony with oneself and one’s environment, one must find a balance between the mind where the body and mind are. Yoga is used to find a balance between the three.

Yogis formulate ways to achieve this balance. And this is done through breathing and meditation techniques.
