3 Raja Yoga
Raja Yoga is the yoga of self-control. The word Raja actually means kingdom. Through the practice of Raja Yoga one sees oneself as the center. It means respecting you. To achieve such a sense of self-worth, one must gain control over oneself and one’s senses.
4 Jnana Yoga
Jnana yoga is mind yoga. Yana Yoga is a form of yoga that deals with the mind. It will focus on the wisdom and intelligence of people to unite them to overcome the boundaries of life.
5 Karma Yoga
Karma yoga is service yoga. Karma Yoga mainly uses the Law of Karma, which means that the current situation is based on your past actions. By doing selfless service now, you are choosing a future free of negativity.
